Currently I am running around like a mad thing trying to make sure I have everything ready for university (which I leave for this coming Sunday - eek! Quite scared!). I'll be doing a post or two about uni, packing and my room later this week but for now here is my latest mini Boots haul.
I have been sampling this Smashbox primer (mentioned here) for several weeks now and have to say I just love it! It's really quite perfect for my skin so I have finally put my money where my mouth is and spent £25 buying the 30ml tube. Being a lover of budget beauty products I really did have to think about this purchase, but when I discovered how little you need per application (I still have at least half of my tiny sample tube left) it seemed reasonably cost effective. Just need to finally decide on a foundation now! While I'm on the subject, apologies for not completing my foundation testing series - I will get back to that very soon.
Also in my shopping bag was this 17 Supreme shine lipstick in Red Devil. I really liked this shade of red, and it should be good on an evening out. I will do a full review with colour sample in a later post.
As you can see I also bought some shoe inserts; Boots own brand leather heel grips and Scholl part feet ultra slim invisible gel cushions. I have a pair of heels that I love but have become a little loose and can be painful after a while, so I thought I would try these both for comfort and grip, as I don't want to say goodbye to them just yet. Plus my uni bill so far is scary, so I need to save the pounds where I can! Oh the joys of a student budget...
Have you tried any of these items before? What do you think of the Smashbox primer? Let me know!
